AN Fitting Laser Engraving Fixture Kit

As laser engravers become more affordable, they are finding their way into more fabrication, prep, and race shops. That makes clean, permanent part marking more practical than ever. AN fittings are a perfect example — engraving connection locations, install dates, or other useful identifiers directly onto the fitting is useful, clean, and gives finished plumbing a more professional look.

The challenge is holding the fitting consistently.

The \AN Fitting Laser Engraving Fixture Kit was designed to make that process easier. The fixture uses interchangeable dovetail adapters for each AN size, allowing you to change fitting sizes without unbolting or rebuilding the setup. Simply unlock the fixture, swap the dovetail adapter, lock it back into position, thread on the fitting, and engrave.

A sliding lock shaft with a cam-style lobe applies pressure to the back of the dovetail adapter, helping secure the selected size in the fixture during engraving.

The fixture holds the fitting centered for repeatable alignment, while the adapter set is designed around two shared focal-height groups. The -3, -4, -6, -8, and -10 AN adapters share one focal-height group, while the -12, -16, and -20 AN adapters share a second focal-height group. This helps reduce focus changes when switching between fitting sizes.

Compatibility:

This fixture is designed around the LaserPecker LP3 work plate bolt pattern.

Bolt-pattern dimensions are provided so you can compare fitment with your machine, fixture plate, or work table. Other laser engravers may be compatible with a matching bolt pattern, or may be used with a simple adapter plate or custom mounting plate.
