This Shipping Policy explains how Advantage Tools manages the shipping of products purchased through our website, advantage-tools.com (“Site”). This policy applies to all products and services offered by Advantage Tools and is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services. Advantage Tools may use a range of carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and shipping method for each order are selected based on the item(s), destination, and overall order size.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping speed selected. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. During some periods throughout the year, free shipping will be provided on orders over $99, being shipped to addresses within the continental US. This shipping deal will only be available on specified products, during specified periods.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Back-ordered Products

At Advantage Tools, we strive to maintain accurate stock levels and keep products readily available. However, in certain instances, an item may become backordered. If a product in your order is on backorder, we will notify you promptly via email, along with an estimated restock date and options for how you’d like to proceed.

Backorder Options
If your order includes a backordered item, you may choose to:

• Wait for Stock Availability: We will hold the order until all items are in stock and ready to ship.
• Split Shipment: We can ship available items immediately and send the backordered item separately once it is in stock (additional shipping charges may apply).
• Cancel or Modify: You may choose to cancel the backordered item or replace it with an in-stock item.

Please note that backorder timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. We will keep you updated on any significant delays.

5. Freight shipping

For items requiring freight shipment by truck, full payment must be received before we can dispatch your order. We recommend payment via credit card or money order for ease and security. Given the higher residential delivery fees often applied by freight carriers, we suggest shipping truck freight orders to a business address whenever possible. Additionally, please inspect all freight deliveries upon arrival and report any damage directly to the carrier immediately to facilitate claims.

6. Shipping Locations

Currently, Advantage Tools ships within the continental United States and Alaska. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted locations. Contact us if you have questions regarding your specific shipping location.

7. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on the selected shipping method and location. Once shipped, delivery times range from 3-7 business days for standard shipping, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your shipment.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Advantage Tools is committed to ensuring your order arrives safely. If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

• Lost or Delayed: Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to us. We allow the carrier up to 21 days to find and deliver the product before we will take action.
• Damaged Shipments: Inspect your items upon delivery and notify us within 5 business days if any damage has occurred.

10. International Shipping

At this time, Advantage Tools does not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States.

Advantage Tools reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to review this policy periodically for any changes.
