1. Eligibility for Returns
Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please ensure it meets the following criteria:
- Return Period: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in like-new condition, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Special orders (customized items, etc.)
Please note: All returns require prior authorization. Contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2. Restocking Fees
All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Request an RMA Number: Contact us with your order details to obtain an RMA number.
- Prepare the Package: Include the original invoice or proof of purchase with your item. Ensure all parts, accessories, and manuals are in the original packaging.
- Ship the Return: All return shipments must be prepaid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the specified processing period:
- Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you still do not see the refund, please contact us for assistance.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will replace defective or damaged items only if they meet our return conditions.
